Santé was founded by its director Leanne Wood in 2014. Leanne has forged a career in occupational health and injury management, supporting some of Australia’s largest organisations in the mining, aviation and utilities industries. She has provided employee assistance support, trauma counselling across a broad range of workplaces. She has experience dealing with complex case management and challenging cases. An innovative leader, coach and mentor, Leanne can provide ongoing support services across a range of areas. The depth of her experience and expertise allows her to bring a comprehensive and balanced offering to clients.
Leanne’s unique skill set is complimented by her Bachelor of Business in Accounting studies and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology. Her passion for health and care has been demonstrated through her commitment and support of healthcare ethics for the past 19 years.
As a sessional academic for one of Western Australia’s leading universities, Leanne understands the value of education and building skills through the development of people. She brings this to all organisations she works with and is always focused on supporting organisations to grow and develop in the areas of occupational health and injury management.
